Oak Process Systems (OPS), located in South Texas near Corpus Christi, is a manufacturer/packager of process equipment for the energy industry. OPS fabricates ASME code certified pressure vessels for use in the processing of oil and gas for upstream and midstream markets. While the primary focus of the business is fabrication, OPS is more that just a welding shop. We bring the knowledge and experience necessary to help customers solve problems and meet deadlines with both new construction as well as maintenance work with repairs and alterations. While safety is always a top priority, Quality and dependablility are the traits we live by.

OPS can package your complete unit with the vessel and all associated piping, controls, instruments and measurement mounted and ready to “plug and play” in the field.
Welding
OPS fabricates mostly carbon steel (SA-106-B, SA-105, SA-516-70) however we can weld many other materials such as stainless
